Where is my camera on my laptop?

i know physically where the camera is, its right above the screen i am looking at it hehe. my problem is that i have a program on the laptop to use with the camera, it is called cyber link youcam, but everytime i open it, it comes up with a message saying "no video device detected. please plug a video device into your computer. if you use an integrated camera please make sure the camera is switched on." i have looked everywhere for any other software or anything related to the camera and i cannot find anything. it is an advent 4211C netbook laptop
