Will doctors know how to convert me out of atrial flutter in Iraq?

I am a journalist. And I am going to Iraq for a story. If my heart goes into atrial flutter, will the doctors in Iraqi hospitals know how to convert me out of atrial flutter? Usually here in the US I go to an emergency room, they give me and IV, sedate me, and as I am sedated, they put a defibrilator pad on my chest and convert my heart back into a normal rythm. Will they know how to do this if this happens in Iraq? Any answers will help alot, thanks!
