Should I study abroad in Turkey or Spain?

So, I know during college I want to study abroad FOR SURE.. But I have sort of a dilemma... I really want to go to Turkey for that study abroad year.. but some of the colleges I'm applying to don't have study abroad programs to Turkey.. should that affect my decision to attend there?? cause i know i really wnat to study abroad in turkey.. and the "non affiliated" programs they have don't transfer grades so i wouldn't be able to do that...what should i do???? I also wnat to really improve my spanish language, so I'm thinking, should I study abroad in Spain instead (since a Turkey program doesn't exist).. So I guess I'm asking if I should study abroad in Turkey or Spain??
