Do you agree that "modern feminism is..."?

I would personally agree in that in my opinion men and women have always been two sides of the same coin and I think that at least most people recognise this as a fact. There are old sayings like "it's a man's world" or the "gl ceiling" but also like "the woman behind the (great) man" and "it takes a village..." etc... Literature/history is filled w/allusions to the strengths of each/both.
