My granddaughter is 8yrs old .I have shingles can she catch pox or shingles from me.she has never had either?

Shingles is caused by the Chicken Pox Virus. It is ped the contagious mode to cause Chicken Pox. I did hear Shingles was contagious. On slaughts are reportly cause by stress, so please don't lay all this garbage info on her. You can cause her to worry and stress. Somethings are better not said.
