What can i do if i don't really like my Navy Recruiter? can you change them?Does it matter if u like them?

Im in Dep now with Navy but my recruiter seems pretty lazy when it comes to telling me what to study among other things he also doesn't like to answer my questions and always acts Joker/macho, i don't know what to do?
