Probability of mutation?

It is not .99^14 because you need to calculate the probability of two things. First if no samples are mutated. Second you need to know the probability of one sample out of 15 mutating. Using the OR rule add these two to get the probability of no mutation or one mutation which is just another way of saying at most one mutation. You should be able to work it out from here.
