Install thermostat wiring?

i would install a new honeywell RLV430A made for baseboard heater to replace my old one. i just removed the old, but duh i forgot to write down the colors correspondent to L1 L2 T1 T2. so now i have 4 wires, BLUE WHITE BLACK AND RED (or purple? i cant say) i tested with my meter and WHITE AND BLUE say 220V...if i try to connct the voltage tester everything is about 5V or so...my new thrmostat has only two wires black. thanks
