well technically you could just hold your pee for around 4-5 hours this makes it more concentrated so that its more ypur actual pee then just waterd down pee so if you hold it for around 4 hours it should be just as good as morning urine but if you wanna be sure try to go to bed at 11 and not get up and pee until around 8 in the morning
